What are your payment terms?

For Prototypes/Samples: 100% upfront. For Tooling: 50% deposit, 50% balance after sample approval. For Production Orders: T/T 30% deposit, 70% before shipment after passing final inspection.

Can I arrange a third-party factory inspection?

Yes, absolutely. We welcome third-party quality inspections (e.g., SGS, TÜV) before shipment. Please inform our sales team to book the inspection date at least 7 days in advance.

How do you ship internationally?

We have long-term partnerships with DHL, FedEx, and UPS to provide highly competitive air express rates with fast delivery (typically 3-5 days to the US and EU). We can also use your appointed freight forwarder.
